  • What’s the Super Bowl Have To Do With Anything? (7 things you can learn)

 February 11

by LearnStageLighting.com

Welcome to today’s podcast episode! In this episode, we’re going to discuss the Super Bowl and answer some of your questions!

Whether you watch football, the half-time show is definitely one of the biggest productions to take place each year in the US. If you haven’t had a chance to watch it, you can see the performance here: Shakira & J. Lo’s FULL Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show.

Something I like to consider is even though the budget to do this show is huge, they have a lot more space to fill up with lights than you normally would on a smaller stage. This year, I noticed that lasers were incorporated and appreciate the wide variety of looks for the stage as well as the performers. With big performances, always try to explore what you can take from it.

If you would like to check on more about the half-time show there are a couple of interviews with the audio director,
